We now own a beautiful, graceful, well built house that is everything we’d hoped for. I couldn’t imagine leaving this place, but if we ever need to build again, Ray is the guy we’ll call. Now that the dust has settled, I wanted to take this opportunity to thank you again for the fabulous job that did on my kitchen remodel and exterior restoration.

When I bought the 1776 Cape in the Historic District of New Castle, the description “fixer upper” would be too kind. As with all old house restorations, many unforeseen problems became visible and at every step of the way, you took the time to give me the complete description of the problem and the various options and costs. You also, have tremendous knowledge of historic appropriateness and were able to advise me what features would have been likely in the late 1700’s.

Everyone on your crew was nice and polite and their talent is evident in the final product.

Building a retirement home was not a simple project for me. Finding a plan that was appealing, had quality, and was affordable wasn’t easy. Plans for smaller homes all seemed to look alike. With your help, I have a house of which I am proud and it isn’t a rubber stamp of every other small house around.

Good taste is evident in every phase of your work, Ray. From the way the house is set on the lot; to the open, cheerful interior; to the careful workmanship and fine materials; everything speaks of quality. The end product is a beautiful home.
